Was fairly disappointed with my vist to this store. Wanted to get some flowers for mothers day and went in to vist the store. I wanted to put some thought into the flowers I was picking out and I know that different flowers have different meanings but I know little about flowers outside of that and I let the nice lady that greeted me know as much. She went to speak to a co-worker to see if some arrangements could be made and the response was a very short im busy they will have to pick something out front. They options at the front of the store where limited and while nice something premade was not what I was looking for I was given no other options and left to look around the store until I eventually saw myself out. The entire experience felt unwelcoming especially for the first experience I've ever had visiting any flower shop.

We ordered through Kremps florist and roses were delivered from Storey’s florist. Flowers were already wilting when delivered. Refusing to provide a refund and we were charged $200. The flowers weren’t even arranged. They look like they were grabbed from the pick up bucket, unwrapped, and dropped in a vase. We attempted to get a refund, but have been told the roses are perfectly fine. You can see in the pictures that they are not, definitely not for $200! We would not do business with either of these florists again.

I received two of these arrangements for my birthday this year and they are both absolutely beautiful and over a week later still look beautiful! I have received other arrangements from them and they are truly one of a kind. Thank you for sharing your talent with the world to brighten everyone’s day!

Very disappointed by the flowers my mom received today for a special occasion. I spent 57.00 for 10 carnations and some greens. I was asked about babies breath and said no, but only because I wasn’t told if it was or was not included. Had it been included I would have said yes, but I’ll never know because it wasn’t stated. So I said no. My mother’s flowers are beautiful pink carnations, as requested, but couldn’t believe $57.00 after she sent me a picture for the few sprigs of green and only 10 of the cheapest flowers a florist has. They are roughly $1.44 a stem. I have 10. I didn’t think I would need to tell a florist that I expected a mix of beautiful greens when I asked for greens. Adding several types of greens, like eucalyptus would have looked beautiful and yes, with babies breath also. Maybe then it would have been worth $57.00. Beautiful pink carnations, lovely bow, but very low “quantity” and therefore quality for the price tag of $57.00. Expected much more full and a variety of green. Better communication needed. I’m sure it’s a lovely florist, but I really didn’t think it would be appropriate to tell a florist how to create their design when floral designs are considered

My wife and are new to the area and today is my wife’s birthday. My parents from out of town sent a beautiful flower arrangement from Storey’s Florist. The arrangement was made by Kathy the owner and her husband Billy delivered it. It was great to meet Billy and as it turns out he’s very good friends with my neighbors. Not a surprise, he is such a nice guy. Beautiful arrangement and great people… all awesome reasons to do business locally with Storey’s Florist. We will definitely be using them for all our floral needs. Thank you Billy, it was great meeting you, and thank you Kathy for the beautiful arrangement. Made my wife’s birthday celebration so much brighter and beautiful. Storey’s Florist is highly recommended!!!
